I notice myself starting to forget things more frequently
Recently I have been at the mercy of my memory. There seems to be more incidents where I forget where certain items were kept or what I was supposed to do after entering a room. Like a memory blackout.
These occurrences led me to do some online research on the causes of memory loss. It seems that different websites have listed different factors causing short term memory loss. OK I joke. I figured stress and sleep deprivation are dragging me down. Perhaps it is time for me to find more ways to relax or even try to get more quality sleep. Things have really been hectic recently in my work.
