Touching video by AXA

Disclaim: I am NOT selling you any particular product from any company

This video caught my eye. It certainly brought me to tears. The story is about a family facing financial difficulties due to the the elderly grandmother undergoing cancer treatment. The family then becomes increasing unhappy and frustrated with trying to solve their monetary woes.

While this story may be a dramatisation, it may not be too far off from the truth for some Singaporean families. My advice is for yourself to relook into your Hospitalisation and Critical Illness (CI) plans to ensure that they are sufficient to protect against such unforeseen circumstances.

Once again, if you are unsure what to do and are asking just how much is enough, do look for your preferred and trusted financial advisors. After all, there is no harm to meet with them for a cuppa (courtesy of them). There is no shame in going away from such a meeting, and knowing you have already provided your dependents with the best you can!
